Before you want to complete Groot Awakening Challenges, I would suggest that you unlock Sapling Groot. You can use this video if you want to know how to unlock Sapling Groot: https://youtu.be/Tecm044z4JU

Make sure to select the Groot Outfit, which you unlock at Battle Pass Level 38.

For the first challenge you need to land at an Heart-Shaped island and plant a Seed there. The Seed will automatically be in your inventory as long as you're playing as Groot.

The second challenge requires you to Emote as Groot at a Friendship Monument.
